FieldIQ helps organisations improve participation, capture reliable field intelligence, and reduce administrative burden. FIQ is the participation and recognition layer of the FieldIQ ecosystem.
Field teams are the operational backbone of organisations in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and commercial distribution. Their activity — visits, evaluations, account development, commercial wins — drives revenue, shapes relationships, and generates market intelligence. But that activity is rarely captured consistently or reliably.
FieldIQ solves this. It gives field professionals a structured way to log what they do, and gives managers real-time visibility into territory performance, participation, and execution — without replacing the systems organisations already use.
The following views are taken directly from an active FieldIQ deployment.
Field teams avoid logging systems not because they lack discipline, but because those systems are slow, disconnected, and offer no visible return for the effort. The result is incomplete data, unreliable reporting, and managers working with a fraction of the intelligence they need.
FIQ is intended to address this directly. As the participation and recognition layer of the FieldIQ ecosystem, FIQ is designed to recognise verified, consistent contribution — making meaningful field activity visible and acknowledged within the platform.
FIQ is a utility token intended for use within the FieldIQ ecosystem to support participation programmes and recognise contribution from verified field activity.
The following information is provided for transparency. FIQ is a fixed-supply ERC-20 token deployed on Base Mainnet with verified source code. No additional tokens can be created after deployment.

Founder: Rob Dehni
Founder of FieldIQ, an enterprise field intelligence platform focused on verified field operations, workforce visibility, and platform participation recognition.
Rob founded FieldIQ after more than two decades working with organisations that manage distributed field teams. That experience — spanning distributor management, capital equipment, surgical consumables, and the development of commercial infrastructure across the GCC, EMEA, and APAC regions — repeatedly surfaced the same operational challenge: organisations with field-based teams consistently struggle to maintain visibility into what their own people are doing, and why. FieldIQ was created to address that gap directly.
Rob has over 23 years of commercial experience in the medical technology sector. He holds an MBA from Ascencia Business School and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He founded Mid East Medical FZC and leads the development and commercial direction of the FieldIQ platform.
FieldIQ is developed and operated by Mid East Medical FZC, a United Arab Emirates free zone company. FIQ is the ecosystem utility token supporting the FieldIQ platform, intended to recognise genuine participation as the platform and its user base grow.
